Shipping
After 2 years our lovely bridge is now open!  See something you NEED to have right away, but can't make it in store, buy it online and choose "in-store pick up" and it will be waiting for you at the store when you are ready. 

If you can't make it in to visit us, we are happy to get your goods to you.
We ship Internationally to almost anywhere in the world.

We can only ship to the billing address submitted on your order form or to a confirmed address.
All packages we send will be sent with a tracking number. We will provide you with your tracking number once your package has shipped.
 
Customer is responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.
Once it is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or customs delays.  We are happy to work with you to track your package or submit claims.  Your shipping however, can not be refunded once it has shipped. 

We pull all of our online purchases from our Edmonton location and require 24 hours to confirm the status and condition of your purchase. We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder or have the purchase refunded.

If you need to change your order please email info@redribbon.ca as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.

We offer free shipping to all orders in Canada and the United States that are over $150.
 

Standard goods:
Standard goods include things like pants, tops, dresses, socks, and jewelry.
 
Heavy goods:
Heavy goods include things like shoes, bags, books and jeans.

Canada
Standard goods: $12.00
    Heavy goods: $20.00

United States
Standard goods: $20.00
    Heavy goods: $40.00

International
Standard Goods and Heavy Goods: please email for a quote info@redribbon.ca 
Will vary depending on size and weight.  
Roughly $40 to $60 depending on where it is going. 




Taxes and Duties

Sales tax is charged on all Canadian orders at the customer's local tax rate.
Red Ribbon is not responsible for duties or other fees incurred from importing goods.




Exchange Rates

All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. Any fluctuations in the exchange rate are the customer's responsibility.


IN-STORE Pickup

You can pick your online purchase up in store if you are in the Edmonton area. When checking out, please chose that option in the drop down menu.
 
In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Red ribbon will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase with an original (or gift) receipt.  Item must be in an unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted.  All Sale items are final and we do not offer price adjustments. 
Online Order Return Policy

Red ribbon will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for exchange, store credit or a full refund within 3 days of receiving your order.  Please email info@redribon.ca for an "return authorization" number and we will assist you with your return.  Item must be in an unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges and we require that you insure the package. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  All Sale items are final and we do not offer price adjustments. 





Exchanges

We can not guarantee that the item you would like to exchange will be available in the size or color requested. Items can not be special ordered if we do not have them in stock. If we have to issue a store credit, please retain all information we give you for future use on our website or in our retail store.

We are not responsible for lost store credits or receipts.

Once you have contacted us with your exchange or return we will provide you with an "Return Authorization Number" please write this number on the package and mail it to:

All shipping and duty fees incurred are the customers responsibility and if red ribbon has to pay for any charges upon receiving your item, it will be deducted from the cost of your exchange.
