Health: It is a powerful muscle relaxant, very effective in relieving aches and pains and rheumatism. It is also known for a long time for its strong power of cicatrization and cutaneous regeneration. It is also antiseptic and anti-inflammatory.
Beauty: One of the great oils of skin care, it softens sensitive and irritated skin and treats skin conditions (acne, rosacea, razor burn, burns, insect bites, itching). Endowed with a great regenerating and purifying property, it is recommended to fight stretch marks and greasy hair.
Well-being: It is the most famous essential oil to fight against stress and insomnia. Calming, it is used in atmospheric diffusion or in a bath to calm the nerves, to help the body and the spirit to relax and to facilitate sleep.
