So if you can't make it out into the trees, why not soak with them at home?  Inspired by walks through the lush woods in BC, refined for the allure of a personal scent and bathing ritual.

How to use: Run your bath and just before you step in, pour 1/4 cup of this soak into the tub. Inhale deeply and enjoy the time that you've carved out for your well being today.

Ingredients: epsom salt, dendritic salt, dead sea salt, pink Himalayan salt, rhassoul clay, MCT oil, benzoin resinoid, howood essential oil, turmeric Co2, blue tansy essential oil, vetiver essential oil, Fir Co2, black spruce essential oil, fir needles

Although we strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, item availability cannot always be guaranteed. RETURN POLICY

In-Store Return Policy

Red Ribbon will gladly accept regularly priced merchandise back for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with an original (or gift) receipt. Item must not show any signs of wear with tags securely attached.

Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted. All sale items are final and we do not offer price adjustments.

Online Order Return Policy

Red Ribbon will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for exchange, store credit or a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please mail the items back to us at the following address or return it instore. Item must be in an unworn condition with tags securely attached. Exchanges

We cannot guarantee the item you would like to exchange will be available in the size or colour requested. Items cannot be special ordered if they are not stock. Question: How does in-store pick up work?
Answer: 
  • Items we post on Instagram sell out very quickly!  If you saw something you love, but can't make it in, no problem!  Buy it online, choose "in-store pickup" and in 24 hours or less, you will receive an email from us saying it is ready for pick up.  Same day pick up is always available!  
Question: Do you have any sales or promo codes?

We are very transparent and have the same sales EVERY year.

    Question: How do I return something I’ve bought online?
    Answer: 
    • You can return it in store. Bring your order number and the item you would like to return. The item must be unworn with the original tags still attached. 
    • You can ship it back to the store. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges and we require that you insure the package. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the charges back on to the card in which it was purchased.   
    Question: If something is out of stock online is there a chance you have it in store?

    • No. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory. Email info@redribbon.ca or call 780-454-4336 if you have any questions about re-stocking or backordered items.
